Tom Wolf - Now What?

So Tom Wolf got himself elected to be the next governor of Pennsylvania - so what?
He made a lot of promises about what "he" is going to do. Like taxing the gas companies drilling the shale to get revenues to pay for schools.

I'd like to know just how he intends to go about doing that and a whole bunch of his other promises. Last time I checked, Mr. Wolf was a Democrat and both state legislative houses were Republican. And, even they have been quite dysfunctional for many years. I don't know how he's going to get anything done. It's also against the law for a governor to pas a law. So somehow, some way, he's got to get the legislature off it's ass and get them to pass what he wants them to pass.

That will be a COLD DAY IN HELL!
